How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscription at any time via your Client Portal. Upgrades are pro-rated, applying charges to the remainder of your billing cycle immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Are statutory fees included in payroll pricing?

No. Our professional and enterprise subscriptions cover the administrative processing, calculation, and online filing. Actual statutory deposits (e.g. employee PF shares, GST liabilities) are paid directly by the client using calculations generated by our platform.

What happens if a contract employee leaves early?

Under our Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer a 45-day replacement warranty. If any placed candidate resigns or is terminated for performance reasons within the first 45 days of deployment, we replace them at zero additional sourcing cost.
